We'll be performing scheduled maintenance on the Database. During this 45-minute window, the website will remain accessible, but services like email verification reminders, e5 claim uploads, claim clean-up, claim email fallback and claim push notifications will be unavailable. An additional 15 minutes is needed for system tests and to remove the alert copy from the website.
Scheduled maintenance - User Identity Infrastructure changes

We'll be performing scheduled maintenance on the User Identity Infrastructure. During this 45-minute window, login-related features like membership registration, password resets, and SSO linking will be unavailable. The website and other services will remain operational. An extra 15 minutes is required for system tests and to remove the alert copy from the website.
Scheduled downtime - DMS go-live

We'll be performing scheduled downtime on the OMS. The outage window could be up to 30mins, during that time the OMS (web platform) will be unavailable. The OMS mobile app, DHF website and other services (e.g. QQ & MAF) will remain operational.
